  • You can request a return or exchange within 48 Hour of delivery
  • Requests made after 48 Hour will not be accepted

๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges (Size / Issue Based)

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size doesnโ€™t fit
  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must be intact
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

๐Ÿ’ณ Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • For size issues, we recommend opting for an exchange instead of a refund

Refund Process:

  • Once approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers
  • Items that are used, washed, or without tags
  • Accessories (if applicable)

๐Ÿ“ฆ Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by us in most serviceable areas
  • In case pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product to us

๐Ÿ’ธ Return Shipping Charges

  • For defective/wrong items โ†’ Free
  • For size exchange โ†’ may include a minimal shipping fee
