๐ Return & Exchange Window
- You can request a return or exchange within 48 Hour of delivery
- Requests made after 48 Hour will not be accepted
๐ Exchanges (Size / Issue Based)
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Size doesnโt fit
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
Conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be intact
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
๐ณ Returns & Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- For size issues, we recommend opting for an exchange instead of a refund
Refund Process:
- Once approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
๐ซ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sale or discount offers
- Items that are used, washed, or without tags
- Accessories (if applicable)
๐ฆ Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by us in most serviceable areas
- In case pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product to us
๐ธ Return Shipping Charges
- For defective/wrong items โ Free
- For size exchange โ may include a minimal shipping fee
